Very unprofessional staff! We checked in our room...room had dirty towels. The hotel is smoke free and our room smells like smoke. My child has bad allergies and they will not accommodate us. STAY AWAY

So far this is the best CROWNE plaza we’ve been to. The one at lake Buenavista is nice but it just doesn’t hold up to the same standards as this one here on universal blvd.

Al llegar a hospedarnos, no se encontraba la persona encargada de dar los cuartos, un señor iba pasando por el Lobby hacia afuera, bien amable se disculpó y nos dijo, que en un ratito más iba a llegar la persona encargada del hotel, me dijo que si podía esperar un ratito o que si quería ir a cenar, él se encargaba de apartar un cuarto para cuando regresáramos, fuimos a cenar y cuando regresamos me dijo la encargada, que no había cuartos, miro la computadora y me pregunto cómo… See more
given i stayed during lockdown (essential worker) the amenities they offered were nice. room was as clean as it could be given they had juat let go most of their staff. front desk person was helpful and polite. even asked if i needed a copy of my receipt at checkout
Our furniture has holes in it. When we called to confirm our reservation they said we didn’t have one. So my husband called and made a second reservation for the same hotel. Frustrating...
I love it 🥰 it’s nice and cozy.
