I’m convinced they must just delete negative reviews, so let’s test that theory. Currently staying here and haven’t slept in two nights because of the lack of air conditioning and the constant road noise outside of our window. Can someone explain to me how a hotel in ARIZONA doesn’t have AC that actually works?! We have it set as low as it will go and it won’t even kick on at night and doesn’t even have a fan that you can turn to run constantly. We just hosted our annual corporate awards ceremony here and I must say that it was a truly wonderful experience. From the first phone call, the service provided by Liz and Melisa was incredible. Very patient and accommodating to our continued venue changes. Easy to communicate with and very efficient in making last minute changes. Place was FILTHY. you have to schedule Room service. They haven’t cleaned the common areas in quite a while. Beds are like cement. Never again. Worst holiday inn ever !
