Worst company ever. They make promises that they don’t keep. After they take your money they blame everything on the customer or a “communication error”. Dishonest to the core. They can’t even stand by their products enough to take the back. I can’t even sell their product back to them and I can’t pay them to take it back. But I can find their timeshares fore sale online for $1. Yes one dollar!! Biggest regret of my life.
This property was very comfortable and the folks there took great care of me for a week long stay.

We stayed here from 11/16/2020 to 11/17/2020. Upon arrival, we found a very gross liquid in the kitchen sink of our suite. We were promptly moved to another room. Upon moving rooms, we realized the entire hotel was unkept. There was dirt, trash, and dog food along the baseboards in the hallways, and elevators. In the midst of a pandemic, I am appalled that there would be such unclean conditions. The new room did not have the mystery liquid in the sink but was definitely still disturbingly gross. absolutely beautiful resort, great staff ,great service awsome. heated pools and waterpark with lazy river private beach with boats and jet skis great poolside bar with delicious food my family and friends love it here. great entertainment for the whole family we love it here.
