Absolutely awful. They overbook rooms and give no notice until you get there. Booked here specifically for the location and proximity to prudential arena. They then sent us to another much lower class hotel 25 minutes away. Terrible customer service, staff is rude. Not worthy of one star.
First time staying here on business, chose hotel due to close location to where I was working. Very glad I made to decision to stay here! The entire staff from Valet to Front Desk people where outstanding. Will be staying there again when I go back next week, rates are reasonable for the area. Rooms are modern and well kept, definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the downtown Newark area.

Great rooms with comfy beds & pillows. Just FYI there's a Rooftop breakfast until 10am & the Keurig is in the closet! 😆
The rooms were very nice. How ever we were a bit displeased no one ever mentioned anything about breakfast or a bar on the rooftop. We looked down stairs in the restaurant and saw nothing so we assumed there was no breakfast provided. One of the main things you should tell your guests upon check in is where the breakfast is!!
