My recent stay was an excellent. My associates and I had a wonderful time at your hotel but I believe most of us would have liked access to the pool as everyone else besides our convention group was apparently allowed 24 hr access but our group was chased away by security. I hope this was not an oversight or a mistake by staff. Most of the staff was great and the front desk staff helped me through an apparent attempt at ID theft
The first room we had the bed frame was broken and the bathroom door didn't close. The second room had a broken light and table. There were large stains on the hallway carpet and stains on the walls. The hotel could definitely use some TLC.
