Excellent rooms and service
Flight out of Newark was cancelled. Had the opportunity to stay at the hotel indigo in downtown Newark and it was a fantastic experience all around. The hotel was chic and hip; the hotel restaurant/bar was hopping; attractive and cool bar tenders, and the food was outstanding - Mac and cheese burger + truffle fries was no joke! Highly recommended. Thanks for the hospitality, Hotel Indigo! Well done!
The room was really nice. But the valet parking is garbage and takes forever!!
The staff is nice but the building is in disrepair. None of the fancy blinds systems or lighting systems work and there is an obnoxiously loud clubabove the 12’th floor and on the first floor. I was with a large group and almost everyone was miserable
Great hotel! Fun, quirky decor in an amazing location! Literally walked a 1/2 block to the Prudential Center!
We upgraded to Executive Suite. Perfect! We came in for KconNY2018 at @Prudential Center. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay more than comfortable. They let us see several other rooms to compare and we already picked our room for next year!
