Absolutely awful experience. Reserved a room through IHG website. Call on our way around 11pm to confirm there were rooms available for us. We were told yes and they were “there all night, no rush.” We take the subway from Boston. Then a Lyft to this place. “Oh we don’t have your room because we have 10 dirty rooms and no one to clean them”. Really we just called and you told us no rush!!!
