Very nice. This is my second time staying there. We will be back.
From the moment of our arrival we noticed that our stay would be special. Great professional and friendly staff who wanted to make each day memorable. The Ella's location was perfect. Just far enough away from downtown Austin to enjoy quiet mornings and late evenings, yet close enough to drive to the city's hotspots. A lovely property that accorded us the perfect Austin experience.
This is our second time to stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, great outdoor pool, central location and the decore is so fun! Highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to our next visit.
I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff is exceptional, they provide water in the evening, and the hotel itself is stunning.
