We had short but wonderful stay at Hotel Ella! The staff was a amazing and extremely helpful! They went above and beyond in several situations from recommendations for food to upgrading our room! The food and service was a step above and it made a great ending to the end of our trip in Texas!
My brother got married this past weekend. Our family stayed here. Long story short, we loved our stay. The staff, accommodations, everything was phenomenal. A little pricey for what I'm used to, but I'm sure that's the market for a place like this. Additionally, I left something behind in my room, and the staff went the extra mile to make sure it got back to me. My one little bone to pick would be the parking situation. From the moment of our arrival we noticed that our stay would be special. Great professional and friendly staff who wanted to make each day memorable. The Ella's location was perfect. Just far enough away from downtown Austin to enjoy quiet mornings and late evenings, yet close enough to drive to the city's hotspots. A lovely property that accorded us the perfect Austin experience.
