From the minute we walked in the front door of Hotel Ella and were greeted by the sweetest young lady (Chelsea), we knew this was a great place to stay. The staff was amazing and the rooms were exceptional in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Austin.
Beautiful property. Super disappointed. Waited 1.5 hours to check in after official check-in time to find a room with a view of a fence. Also, I picked this hotel 1 mile from downtown because they advertised a free car shuttle. Upon checking in, we were told the car was not available due to maintenance. No solution offered. Also, the customer in front of me was offered coupons and I was not. So sad.
Jerah was awesome! Great Bloody Mary and the Carrot salad was amazing.
A WONDERFUL place....wonderful staff...wonderful food..... Felt like we were staying at an ancestors home.....Just Perfect.
Had a fabulous 2 night stay here while doing a whistle stop tour of Texas. Particularly appreciated the valet parking as we had negotiated downtown Dallas twice and it was great to hand over the keys and relax. The accommodation is superb - a lovely spacious room with 2 queen beds - huge by UK standards. Everything was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail to ensure comfort was excellent.
