Fabulous hotel - the staff was very attentive and gracious and the food was exceptional!!!
Hotel Ella is a beautiful hotel filled with GREAT service, clean rooms, spacious suites and an excellent outdoor area! The pool is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Experience an intimate space with all of the accommodations! Cheers to hotel ELLA! ���
Every person we dealt with was wonderful. Food and wine folks great. Wine guy was wonderful and actually wanted to help and be a "friend". Will definitely stay again!
EXCELLENT! The front desk and valet staff were top notch the entirety of my visit. The room was perfect and had an excellent view. Only hiccup to know for future visits is that the complimentary house car isn't available until 8am and only if they have an extra valet worker on shift, it also cannot be reserved ahead of time. Will definitely be at Hotel Ella next time I'm in Austin!
We stayed in the Mansion, we had such a friendly and courteous staff. The bar drinks and restaurant were excellent ...the wrap around patio and courtyard were so peaceful and welcoming we didn't want to leave!!! Can't wait to go back!
