My husband has been getting his haircut in hotshots for a while now. He went in yesterday and a lady cut it what she has done is diabolical for a man nearly 80 I can’t think why she cut it like she has short all the way over and left the front section sticking up like youngsters would have it. It is ridiculous. I am hairdressers myself but unable to do it. I would warn anyone don’t use the place or at least don’t let the lady cut it. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service we received today. I brought my 3-year-old cousin in for a mid-skin fade, a style he has received at your establishment without issue in the past. However, the young, slim, blonde stylist on duty was immediately dismissive, stating the haircut was too difficult for someone so young. Been 8 months since my barber retired I went to a barber after who completely messed my hair up today I walked into hot shots and Chloe the absolute diamond done my hair perfectly :) Thank you.
