Service is beyond words I’d say the best I’d recommend hot rod to anyone and everyone I’ve been pierced by many but hot rod goes above and beyond they truly care about who they are piercing... hot rod has helped me gain a confidence I never knew I could have with my body they are the best
I brought both of my teens in for piercings (one lobe and one helix). The experience was incredible! Both kids commented on how positive the shop's environment is. Jerry and Tanner were so thorough, caring, knowledgeable. So grateful that Hot Rod is in Pittsburgh!
I’ve known Hot Rod for a few years now and have always had great experiences. Took my 8 year old daughter to see Jerry and get her ears pierced. He made her feel excited and comfortable. Love the Hot Rod family!
Amazing and friendly staff! They all were very engaging and passionate about what they we're doing. Jerry did my industrial and did an amazing job. He talked me through every part of it, and was very professional, and funny as hell! Thanks again guys!
Every person in this shop was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. knowing little about piercings here I felt comfortable with the artists as well as with asking questions. I'll absolutely come back to this shop for other pieces and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful quality jewelry and skilled piercers.

This shop is awesome. Stopped in for the first time to check it out today. While I was there, I had Tanner replace my tongue ring to a more comfortable piece of jewelry. Very knowledgeable dude, and super clean shop. Best piercing studio around. 👍
This place is awesome! I was in for a nose piercing which was my first one ever and they could not have made me feel more comfortable. When you first go in they are very thorough and walk you exactly through the process which read my mind greatly. Jerry was extremely professional and talk through ever step of the actual process once we went back. Absolutely AMAZING! So clean, incredibly professional and friendly. I got my 2nd nostril piercing and my friend got her nose pierced for the first time. Jerry was absolutely fantastic and such a wonderful human being 💜
