Fun place to get a piercing! Jerry was super experienced, made me feel comfortable, and did a great job. I definitely recommend this location.
The gentleman that I dealt with were absolutely wonderful. I barely felt it when they pierced my ears this past week and I couldn't be happier.
Got my first piercing (daith) done at the Oakland location. William was WONDERFUL and helped calm my nerves throughout the entire experience. Piercing was a lot less painful than I expected it to be, and we were in and out pretty quickly. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

I had my nostril pierced by William and he did an amazing job! He was very friendly too! I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The man at the desk was also very helpful when it came to helping me pick out jewelry. I will definitely be coming back!
I went to the Southside location yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Jerry pierced my daith and he was great! I mentioned that I was a little nervous as I hadn't gotten a piercing in several years, and he was very gentle with me. It was the easiest piercing I've ever gotten and I had almost no pain! I will definitely be going back!
Awesome experience from start to finish for my 15 year old daughter who got her ears pierced for the first time. Very friendly staff and Will did a fantastic job with the piercing. Highly recommend.
I brought my 16 yr. old in to get her ears pierced and was *amazed* at the detailed cleaning that took place in and around the shop in between patrons. I have never seen such detailed attention to cleanliness anywhere -- including hospitals. Professional service, great results, excellent jewelry consultation and more. We will be back for sure.
I had more than just an amazing experience. I got a piercing & an earring change & my 6 year old had her ears pierced . Everyone was super professional & kind the moment we walked in. Jerry was so thorough and such a kind soul ! Thank you everyone for making this experience for my daughter an awesome one !!!
