Staff was super friendly, shop was spotless, and they were very thorough with after care instructions! Jerry did my piercing today and did a phenomenal job explaining everything as he was going, made sure I was comfortable and ready. Very professional!! The process was quick and easy, and I HIGHLY recommend booking any piercing appointments through them!!
Very clean shop, and all of the staff is very professional. Sam did my piercing, and he did a wonderful job making the space comfortable for me. He was quick and still managed to keep it perfectly straight! 10/10 would recommend.

Always fantastic welcoming experience at Hot Rod. If you’re a regular they greet you by name; and always ask how your old piercings are healing up. They’re happy to curate something for your ears too; and are always fantastic at making recommendations for jewelry!
Sam did my nose piercing today. He was so fun and professional. He said it would only hurt for a second and he was right! I will be back to see Sam for all of my piercings
Super friendly and knowledgeable. I went here after the place I normally go to closed abruptly. I've had piercings before but none as.. personal as this one, and the piercer made me feel right at home. Explained the whole process beginning to end, told me everything he was doing as he was doing it, and made me feel super comfortable the whole time. Could not be happier.
