Got a rook piercing by William, he was so sweet and kept me calm!! Way less painful & way quicker than I expected, he did an amazing job!! ☺️☺️

I got my nose pierced at Hot Tod in Oakland about 7 years ago. It was an awesome experience, the staff were super professional and everything was very clean!

Jerry (I’m bad with names) the piercer fixed a piercing for me that was done poorly at another shop. He was super well informed and extremely nice. He was so gentle and gracious about changing my jewelry to a safer piece on an already sensitive piercing. The front of house female employee was also exceptionally kind and helpful. They also have a huge selection of beautiful, unique jewelry. Will be recommending everyone here for piercings.
The only place to go in Pittsburghfor your piercing/s. Sam, Jerry and Joe take their art seriously and their goal is great customer relations and happy clients. I couldn't be happier with the results.
All of the employees were very kind, down to earth, professional and very educated thoroughly explaining the nose piercing process to my daughter and I. The piercing artist explained every step as he pierced my daughter’s nose. The place was very neat and clean.
Jerry did my navel piercing last night. He was so awesome very professional and wanted to make sure he sent me with the right size bar and that everything is perfect. It was the best experience ever I didn't even feel him pierce it. I will definitely be back when I'm ready for another piercing. The shop is very clean and staff is amazing and inform you about everything you may need to know. thank you Jerry abd the rest of the Hot Rod staff for a wonderful experience.
