I had a great experience!! I got my nose pierced a little over a month ago and couldn't be happier! I was super nervous but the atmosphere and employees really made me feel comfortable and didn't rush me into it. Nick was the one that pierced my nose and was super sweet. Talk me through everything and calmed my nerves. This is the best place to go!! :)
I was recommended to Hot Rod by a friend and stopped in to the Oakland store today. I wanted to get a helix piercing done. I was really pleased with the staff and how quick and easy everything was. I forget the names of the people there, but the person who pierced my ear drew on two dots for me to choose from, letting me have the time to decide exactly where and what I wanted. Went in with my 11 year old daughter today to get her ear lobes pierced. I also got a forward helix done. Tanner was very sweet & made a point to talk to my daughter about choosing earrings & how to care for her piercings, as opposed to just talking to me which is wonderful! Jerry did our piercings & he was AMAZING! Talked to both of us through the whole process & made sure Loralei was happy with the placement. We were all impressed with how great she did.
