RecommendedThank you staff at Hospitality Health ER. My first experience there as a patient. Went in yesterday in much pain with an angry sciatic nerve. A CT scan to verify nothing severely wrong, some good meds and today I am on the mend. Very professional staff, very attentive to my needs, highly recommended.
They treat you like a person and not just a job. They take care of what you come in for quickly and efficiently and everyone is so nice. And as far as hospitality goes Miss Sandy is amazing, she treats people the way they should be treated!!

That they truly live up to their name! And Sandy Patterson is quite possibly the most amazing person I’ve ever met....she is always happy, kind, and treats the patients with dignity and respect! There is absolutely no one else like her! Kudos to HHER and Sandy Patterson!
HHER would not be near as fun without our Mrs. Sandy Patterson!! She is perfection and absolutely so so sweet EVERY time we’ve ever visited. Had to come to the ER due to chronic conditions.... had my 3 daughters with me unfortunately but she was sooo amazing at entertaining them with color book and tons of juice and snacks. Today was my first experience with Hospitality ER - I cant say enough good things about them - And I feel like I can make the work week now and this morning about 330 AM I would not have said that - I am praying to stay well , however if I should ever need wellness care again they are my go to !!!! So glad I found you and have told everyone about my experience!!!!
I am not from Longview, but was in town for a family reunion. My daughter fell and had a serious facial laceration that needed stitches and Hospitality ER was close, open & took our insurance! Not only did they take excellent care of her, but they even gave her a sweet gift when we left. I highly recommend Hospitality ER!! Thanks for taking care of my daughter 💚
Was extremely pleased with EVERYTHING today. The entire staff is more than anxious to make your visit as pleasant as possible. They were very positive, professional and accommodating. The massage therapist was awesome...she just had to take care of other patients, I could have literally let her work on my shoulders all day. Not one single complaint. If I have another emergency, that’s the only place for me!
