I was having a sharp pain in my left shoulder, I made it to Health Care Express and passed out so my wife took me here and checked me in and I had no wait , they got me right in and took very very good care of me and my wife. All the emergency room in Marshall wants is money and the first person to see you at the ER in Marshall is the finance person wanting to see how much you can pay. I have to say a huge thank you to hospitality er!!!! Parker is sick and tomorrow is his big one year birthday....they went and bought him a cupcake..and toys and sang him happy birthday. So sweet and thoughtful. It made a crappy day better :)
Speedy service! Everyone was very friendly and patient with me since I am not great at hospitals. Always checking in and giving up dates. Extremely welcoming, helpful, and personable staff members.
Never have I ever been treated this great at an ER. Not only was there little to no wait time, everyone was genuinely caring and polite.
after taking my teenage son up there at 3:30 in the morning for fever and difficulty breathing, 13 hrs later he's was sooo much better. pneumonia and fever finally broke after 8 hrs. HHE was amazing. helped this Mom feel relieved and was very informative about his plan of action.
This place is always so wonderful and amazing to me. But they tugged on my heart strings yesterday. My daughter is so terrified of going to the doctor. Being flu swabbed a few years back has left her traumatized and afraid. They were so amazing and great with her in helping her feel safe and cared about. So very patient as well.
