RecommendedBest ER in Longview! Everyone is always checking on you to make sure you don’t need anything, from snacks, drinks, goodies for children who aren’t feeling well, etc. They are over the top friendly and caring people.
I have had several incredible experiences here. From my son needing his hand checked after a accident to me having bronchitis. We have received unbelievable care. We will be returning anytime we have the need and are unable to see our primary doctors.

Hospitality ER is the Chick-Fil-A of drs offices!!! They are a god send🙌 This place is AMAZING!!! Quick service happy to see you and take awesome care of you! I might have waited 3 minutes to be seen if that! I have never been treated so good anywhere! Definitely recommend and give 10 stars🙌
Hospitality Health ER is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so kind. They genuinely care about you and making you feel better. They don’t have long wait times, doesn’t look or smell like an ER, everyone seems happy to work there, complimentary neck/shoulder massages, drinks/snacks galore, and so much more. But, most importantly they treat you like a person not a number or a way to make money. I highly recommend them. This is the only ER I will go to.
We were on vacation in Galveston and my wife hurt her knee. It turns out it was a fracture. We were not familiar with the area but saw HHER received excellent reviews. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly and professional staff. The facility was beautiful and very accommodating. One of the nicest ER care facilities I have been to.
