Hands down the best care I've ever gotten from an ER. I was constantly checked on. The process was streamlined and moved fast. The staff was very friendly and showed me tons of attention. After seeing my dogs picture on my phone and learning it was her birthday I was even given a card and a snack for her. I left there feeling so much better when in came in the door. Definitely recommend this place!

I went to hospitality ER thinking I was wasting time because I was not that sick... well I was! Immediately did bloodwork, received fluids, antibiotics, xrays, EKG, CT scans and got results prior to being allowed to leave with prescriptions. I received a phone call the next day to check on my well being..
This was the best er/hospital visit my husband and I have ever had! We will always come to this ER! We felt so welcomed, best ER ever!!!! A licensed massage therapist was walking giving out complimentary neck massages! Amazing! And the snack/coffee/drink bar 😮 for free?!?! So AWESOME!
I had my first visit at Hospitality Health ER on 11/5, and wow, I was blown away by the care I received, from checking in to checking out. Everyone was so friendly and patient. I did not have to wait long to be triaged. While a nurse went over my health history and complaint, a paramedic was drawing my blood. Medication for my complaint was given promptly. The doctor was very nice. I was given an awesome neck and shoulder massage. They were very busy but I was checked on regularly, offered blankets, drinks and even broccoli ... read more
Great staff best experience ever in an er! I will never go anywhere else again. Couldn’t find how to give a star rating so I will do it here 5 stars!
Wonderful.. got us to cooks medical center... after my daughter was having asthma attack
They were very fast. They sent me home with a beautiful bible verse. I have never been treated better. Thank you to all the people who make hospitality er possible. I am very grateful. God bless.
