Omg!! I love this place!! They treat u like family every single time we go!! Never and I do mean never disappointed!! Not only the patient is comfortable but the guest is as well! U definitely don't have to worry bout being hungry after u have worked hours before u came!!
This is the best treatment ever I got treated very well by everyone from the valet greeters to the first desk Dr.Earl Miller was the best he figured out what was going on with me concerning my health care,I have been dealing with this pain for a very long time and he told me exactly what was going on,Dr Miller was God sent the staff were friendly helpful making sure that I were comfortable. I am a healthcare professional of 37 years, so I have been in lots of ERs, occasionally as a patient. This is the best ER I have ever seen. It was clean, well equipped and all the staff from the front desk, nurses and nurse practitioner were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. A licensed massage therapist came in and offered us a massage and 2 women who work in the hospitality department offered us breakfast tacos from Fuzzy’s. Wow!! Hospitality ER is no a secret in East Texas. They came, they built and stayed. Their reputation. for the best patient care is astounding. They have GREAT Doctors, nursing staff, and the whole Team is the best in East Texas. Thank you Dr. Archer and staff of Hospitality for getting me feeling better and back home. You are the absolute best!!! Also, the Hospitality Team cares for you. They check on you frequently and make sure your needs are met. BEST EVER! I'm so glad you decided to build in Longview.
