Recommendedwhen you go in its very comfortable .Everyone is kind. We didn't have to wait long at all. The staff is quick , efficient and they take the time to talk to you.,plus you get a good rub on your neck and shoulders.
Tatem loved coming to visit even though she didn’t feel good she says Jason( EMT ) he does the best on the strep test. She said it didn’t even hurt. We highly recommend Hospitality ER y’all are the best. ❤️ Sandy was amazing and super sweet as well.

I went in for pain in my chest. I was quickly diagnosed with a fractured rib. Everyone was extremely kind and courteous. Dr. Gene Kelly was very friendly and helpful he explained everything to me that I needed to know. He not only tended to my medical needs he even personally got me a drink when I asked. If I ever have to go to an emergency room again it WILL be Hospitality Health ER!
I just want say U GUYS RAAAAAWWWK!!!!💖💕💓U have save me more than any other er!!! having the hospital survival box given to me at regional today was the sweetest thing ever!! 💖💖💞 all the extra stuff u all do is amazing! 1000 stars outta 10 for sure!!! u are my no1 care facility and ur professionalism is 2nd to none!!!💓💓💓 u made my day thinking of me at the hospital! best facility EVER!!!!
We can not say enough great things about this place. We have been here several times with our kids and they always have the best staff and cleanest facilities of anywhere we’ve Been before. They take so much pride in making the patient comfortable and also the guests. I hope our kids never get hurt again but when they do we will be at Hospitality ER.
I went in to Hospitality ER last night with severe abdominal pain. I ended up having appendicitis and was transferred to another hospital. I had surgery and all went well. My husband and I were in my room and a PA (I wish I had remembered his name. I think I was just so surprised by the visit I missed it) from Hospitality came in and brought me a care package and checked on me to see how I was doing. That right there is customer service. Thank you Hospitality for making my situation a lot better than it could have been.
This place was packed when we got there. The effort they put in to making the wait more comfortable by massages and snacks was awesome. Very attentive service even with so many people there.
