RecommendedNo one likes to go to the ER, but this place is where to go when life's unexpected emergencies happen. They were awesome at helping my son when he severely broke his arm on his birthday. The staff is amazing. I have never experienced customer service as I did there at an ER before.
Amazing!! There are no words for the care you get at Hospitality! Sandy Patterson, is the sweetest person I have ever met (she is part of their hospitality group, she makes sure that you are comfortable and feeds you). My son absolutely loves her, because she spoils him!! Their whole team is great!!!
OMG!!! I have heard such wonderful things about this place & have wanted 2 go 4 some time (IK that sounded weird). But, I did not REALLY want 2 go check it out cuz then something would have 2 be wrong with me or some1 IK. Well, it happened, not just once but twice in a months time. Wonderful staff!!! They do everything they can for you and very caring. If you need something or see something wrong. Let them know and they will try and fix it
This place is awesome! First time there and I'm sold for life. I've never seen any ER that gives all their patients a neck rub. That was soooo fantastic. And everyone there was smiling, happy and very courteous. I saw young and old being treated like a person not a patient. Could not have picked a better place. I may get sick once a month just go back. Thank you to everyone who helped me.
OMG!! my daughter and granddaughter and I came to Longview from Dallas for a family wedding, Mya got sick with Strep throat and tonsillitis🤕, I have never ever before seen an ER that lives up to their name literally!! The whole staff took care of Mya, my daughter and me. I love it!! THANK YOU HOSPITALITY HEALTH ER. 💜💜
This is the best ER I have ever been to! Their customer service is amazing and I was taken care of wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this place! 10/10!
