I can’t say enough GOOD about Hospitality ER! They were phenomenal! Our wait to be seen was 5 minutes at the most, and they were so so sweet to my daughter who had cut her foot! We were offered food, blankets, warm pajamas, and a massage! Such an incredible facility with a fabulous staff! We loved our experience, and if we ever have a need to go back (knock on wood 🤣), we will choose Hospitality ER!

Simply the best most compassionate people I’ve ever met in the medical field. I have been to both major ER’s since my first visit here and I always regret it. Neither place can hold a candle to the compassion and attentiveness that Hospitality offers. I realize there’s a lot of “fluff” but when you’re sick, the extra mile can make you feel so much better. Just being treated like you matter and you’re not in the way is a breath of fresh air.
The service they offer is remarkable from the minute you walk in to the time you leave.
Very painful case of bursitis in my knee. They always go above and beyond. Feeling much better after only 12 hours. I have always been treated very well and the genuinely care and listen to you. Hospitality ER rocks!
This is the greatest ER ever,the staff is great and very friendly.they treat you with respect and make you feel comfortable.
Although I had to make two trips within a three week span, once for a dehydrating devil virus and last night for a redo of molding and wrapping a splint, I could not have asked for better care. Everyone was so attentive and awesome. very efficient care and a wonderful staff. This was the greatest experience I have ever had at an emergency room. Every person I met was so friendly and seemed happy to be working there. They were so accommodating the entire 14 hours I was there. I will tell everyone I know to go here because of the way I was treated today. I highly recommend this hospital to any and everyone.
