Where do I start. I had been sick for 2 weeks with chronic coughing and just not feeling well. A good friend talked me into going to hospitality er. Wow!!! The staff was amazing. I never needed anything because they were very attentive. I even got a complimentary massage while I was been treated. Besides the fact that they treated my illness I left there with goodies. The last thing I wanted to do was spend my Friday night in the ER after a long week of work but, I was feeling terrible. I was persuaded to go to Hospitality ER and am I ever happy I did. From the moment I walked in, I knew that Hospitality was different. ALL the staff was AMAZING!! So kind a gracious...I was blown away!! I've never experienced anything like it at an ER. Kindness, timely care, something to snack on while waiting (didn't use it, but my granddaughter did). Everyone, I mean everyone, was kind and professional, didn't waste my time or theirs. And a gift to boot as I was checking out. Absolutely amazing. I could not say enough good things about Hospitality Health ER in Longview.
I went to Hospitality Health ER last night. I highly recommend them ya’ll, great people, very attentive and today I am not over this yet but I can tell they did a lot for me in a short visit. I am on the mend!Kudos Hospitality Health ER!
Great friendly staff and very helpful. Was in a wreck yesterday was still having a headache and some back pain so I went in and before I finished my paperwork I was called back. It was supper fast
Thanks to the sweet loving staff at Hospitality ER they took such good care of me and made sure I was comfortable! I dont go to hospitals/er often but I'll make sure if I have to go back I'll go back to them
