This is by far the Absolute Best ER experience Ever and I've been to many healthcare facilities in my lifetime. From entering to exit...you are treated as though your emergency situation is their top priority with very little or no wait time. They not only took excellent care of me but my family as well. Offering Free snacks, drinks & yes..even a massage! In my opinion this is a 10* Facility!!! Thank You Everyone at Hospitality Health ER- Longview for providing me with Top Notch Healthcare.

My daughter fell off her bike which resulted in a buckle break! Splint until we see the orthopedic specialist. Hospitality Health ER was amazing! She left with a swag bag and all! She said she didn’t want to leave because “Everyone here is making a fuss over me!”
After my son having an accident I called them on the way. They were the GREATEST in any experience you could imagine with a hospital. Every person working in this place cares genuinely for the patients and family. Continually making sure you are comfortable and taken care of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Visited Hospitality last night with my daughter that was running fever and not feeling well. The staff was very kind...they brought all the kids in the waiting room coloring books and popsicles making the children that were upset and crying because they didn’t feel good settle down for a bit. It was very busy and we were in and out with a Flu diagnosis and medicine called in for the whole family in just a couple of hours! I will go there again and would recommend to everyone I know.
Very friendly staff (I met a lot of people during my visit, and they were ALL very patient and helpful), comfortable and immaculate facility, and fairly thorough testing for my condition. Above and beyond my expectations for a walk-in clinic/ER.
