Recommendedreally missing Hospitality Er right now! I was transferred to GS last night and I so miss the care of the doctor's who listen to their patients and all the staff just so friendly. Dont get me wrong my nurse is only doing what she can do but I feel I got better care true care with yall....Even received a visit and a gift today from one of your doctors.
My grandson woke up with 102.9 fever. Took to Hospitality ER, waited for little while in waiting are but was given a massage, asked if needed anything as in: warm blanket, juice, water, chips, coffee. Then taken to back and our nurse Mark was knowledgeable about special needs children. What a Blessing!! 3 y/o gs does not talk, make eye contact is basically a 9 month old. They get you back to be seen quick and make sure of your comfort, while you are there. Loved the nurses and the atmosphere of this ER.
A+, 10/10, outstanding service and patient care. I had never been to a hospital as an adult, and they made sure I was properly informed about everything, and as comfortable as possible for my stay. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional, as well as comforting. I'm very thankful to have Hospitality ER in our community.
I want to thank the staff at hospitality truly amazing service with out a doubt. Ever employee was very kind and courteous. Informed of what they was doing answered any questions and didn't act like it was a bother or waste of time to them A+. Highly recommend. Thank you James
THIS place was AMAZING!!! My 2 year old was there with strep, pneumonia and dehydration. These doctor's , nurses and staff went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I have already recommended this place to so many people. While I was there, not once did I have to leave to get something or want for anything. Everyone was extremely friendly and awesome with my not so easy two year old. Every staff member (Dr including) asked me if they could get me something or do anything for us before leaving the room. Truly thankful to this Amazing Staff for taking care of health concerns ! Went there 2 was ago with a allergic reaction to something and they took care of the issue!!! Went back again this pass Friday night with flu like symptoms and “BAM” they had me feeling better in no time!!!!! This will always be my first stop when feeling ill from this day forward!!!!
The staff here is awesome! After a night at urgent care earlier in the week with no resolvement or answers, several people told me to come here. Everyone was so kind.
