RecommendedWe were so impressed with Hospitality ER. From the moment we were greeted with the young man opening the door for us, the front desk staff, the nurses and doctors. Yes we had to wait but they were always making sure we were fine and asked if we needed anything. Definitely will be going back for our er needs. I would greatly recommend anyone needing er services to come here.

This place is a great example of how God calls us to love our neighbor. Not only do they have the BEST healthcare team that truly cares about providing the best treatment but their entire staff from the ladies at the front desk to maintenance crew, valet parking, police officer, massage staff and the sweet lady that goes from patient to patient making sure everyone is comfortable they truly show love and genuine care about you. I will never go anywhere else.
yesterday was my first visit to Hospitality Health ER and I was not disappointed, all the good reviews were spot on! i was fast getting in and everyone was so kind and helpful! it's never good to be sick but to have a place like this to go to is comforting! thank you!
Excellent care & customer service.
Everyone was so polite and kind, always asking if they could get me something. The same courtesy was given to my daughter. She loved sitting with me while we waited, they truly treat you like family. No one likes being sick, but the staff at HHER really make sure you're treated with respect and strive to make you comfortable!

I went to Hospitality ER last night as well as my sister, they were very busy however that did not stop them from be from being Very Professional and Caring. Everyone from registration to their Janitors smiled. The NP and Medical Staff toke the time to listen to you about what is going on with you they explained every test and procedures they were doing and why.
