I had a tire emergency and I called them up. They had the tires I wanted in stock. As soon as I got there CJ helped me out and he was very welcoming and personable. I was in and out at the exact time CJ told me.
The staff at the service department is courteous and helpful. Appointment time was accommodated. Excellent service. Thank you Honda West.
