Extremely helpful staff. Jilmar Esperanza was fantastic when explaining the insurance and showing us the features on the Hondo that we chose. Tim walked us through the finance and gave us a Honda website to watch tutorials. Jilmar also said to text him at any time with questions. Customer service like that means a lot to us. Thank you Honda West for having the best representatives!

I had a good experience with this dealership. They were very friendly and polite. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Honda car. They have a HUGE selection to choose from. I did have one problem with the paperwork, partially my fault. I went in the next day and saw the loan officer and the problem got straightened out in short order. After the correction was made I went to the parts department and got several items I wanted for the car, all three items were in stock. Great service.
