Quick and convenient oil change. They checked my battery and saw that it needed to be replaced. It was under warranty and take care of. I was in and out within an hour. Everything was clean and the gentleman that helped me was friendly and professional
The battery was 100% dead. After a jump start by AAA, I drove to Honda West. The old battery was defective so they installed a new one which was under warranty. Service was fast and efficient.

Great experience considering the Covid19 stuff. The process was fast and there was no manager back and fourth trying to get the “best” price. We got our van for less than KBB listed it as a good deal.
They are honest, tell you what is wrong and let you decide what to do. No pressure. Great dealership to buy a vehicle from. They make it easy with no pressure.
