Absolutely the best service I could ask for. My car was towed in and the service department was thorough in diagnosing any and all issues with my car and kept me updated throughout the process. In the end, they were more than kind with pricing as no major issues were identified. The service writer, David was the best and reviewed all the findings with me. I will only ever bring my car to Honda West.
I went in for an A1 service, but my car was over 30K miles. So that turned it into a 2 hour service. David got me out in about half the time, plus he got me a pretty good discount.
I've been going to Honda West for many years service writers are wonderful and they go above and beyond to help you out my service writer is Karla and she's awesome
service was quick and the facility is pleasant to wait in.
I went there for a B1 Service. they were great. they said 1 hour 30 minutes and they were done 15 min early. the service was great and Samm our representative was Great! GOOD JOB HONDA!!!
Great customer service and they take really good care of your car. They explain everything to you on your level. Honda Centennial is the worst every. The service suck big time. They don’t do the work you paid for.
Absolutely amazing experience. My lease became due and I needed to buy another car during this Coronavirus crisis. I was able to negotiate a deal, purchase a new car, and return my old car within 5 hours. This was done with virtually no physical contact. Everyone at this dealership were professional and completely aware of the issues that have arisen during these difficult times.
I have been working with Karla in your service department since 2015, she has taken the best care of me and my Honda's. When I schedule my service appointment on line I make sure that the appointment is with her. Great employee
