I had a short time to get a oil change and have the car checked out, I went through the express service at Honda West, was greeted quickly, and then the Service Rep. I went in today for a oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and my service representative, Karla Gunther took my car car quickly and checked my cars tires, fluids and brakes too. Good job and I'll go back.

One of the employee was kinda rude there...just assist us then after that he ignored us, we still have questions to ask him but he just talk on the phone and didn’t even said anything to us or not even inform us to wait him til’ his done talking on the phone.Were very frustrated with him how he treated us.

This is the worst place where you can get decent service. These people ruined the headlines of my car by replacing a light now I have humidity inside the headlines and they do not want to be responsible for the damage they did, these people are not professionals do not come to this site
