I am always greeted by a personable representative with whom I was scheduled. His main concern is taking care that I have the best experience with the service department and my vehicle is taken in timely manner. I have taken my cars to Honda West over the last 11 years and no where else!

Had a wonderful experience with my service advisor Henry Mendez. He was friendly, kind and attentive and had me out of there within a hour for my oil service!
Worst experience working with Honda West! Wouldn’t recommend especially if you’re out of the area and can’t stop by in person. I’ve called for months and have left multiple voicemails and sent emails and they never get back to me. 0/10
