Some people expect way to much in regards to the timelines given by service! If you have patience, you’ll receive great service and reliably with this service department. Looking around, they are always SO busy. I feel for these guys and what they do everyday! My experience was bar none, smooth and stress free. Clawson Honda has the best service there is. The customer service is great.
I don’t recommend their service at all. Before I went for my B16 maintenance on my 2017 Ridgeline, I marked my wheels as markers for tire rotation. When the service was done, I found out the tires were not rotated. One service advisor explained that sometimes they don’t rotate the tires because ‘front tires’ wore off easily. Manager Robert downplayed the incident by saying it happens all the time and refunded me $19.95 and was hesitant to apologize. Customers come for this service and expects honesty from them. I don't recommend their service. Salesmen I bought my car from was great. One service writer too busy to help me. Finance department rushed me out cause I had money coming back to me from refinancing car. Gap insurance they got paid for. I have to wait 2 to 3 months to get back. Huh? Takes that long to write a check?
