It's the worst experience the guy tried to rip us off and now they won't respond to our call
Lets get something straight ' if you want to keep customers happy & coming back . don t have them waiting for 30 mins when your tell us it'll take 2 mins . 2 mins its not 30 mins . There's was like 20 workeers! & minding about there's business and some on there iphones. And please. Answering machines are overrated - hire operator to pick up on the 3rd ring - if you want to run a legit bussiness, this place gives honda a bad rep
I had to wait a week to get an appointment for scheduled service on my Honda. When I arrived this morning, after driving an hour to get there, I was informed that they had scheduled 120 for service today and that it would be a 2 hour wait for customers with appointments. Unbelievably ridiculous and truly shows how Clawson Honda values their customers. Definitely will not be returning.

You guys are horrible. 2 hours for a oil change and they can't even put the cap on. Driving around Fresno spilling oil all over my engine. I will never buy used car from there ever again to much problems and hassles.
I just got a car here yesterday. I recommend anyone who wants a car to go to Jesus Lopez. He went above and beyond to get us into a car. We love his energy & humor. He made the experience well worth it & got my family into a new car. Thank you!
