Very good service. No pressure sales.
They need to work on streamlining. There were many options for premium customer service, but they failed. It should not take 20 min to purchase a paint touch up pen. I am happy about the car but the dealership...needs improvement.

Dear Clawson, I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I came in with an all cash offer that was not unreasonable. You made me wait two hours for your offer with a toddler in your office. Your offer was $5000 over MSRP. You made me sit while you ran a credit report (very shady) despite the fact that I was paying in cash.
