Took in my 2014 car for its first oil change. Went in with an appointment, and didn't mind the almost 2 hour wait. Came home and noticed puddles of oil whenever the car was parked. Thought it could've been a loose bolt or filter. So, had to return again the next morning and waited another hour. Told me nothing was loose, but turns out it was a sloppy job, and oil had been left uncleaned. It's an inconvenience, having to wait for hours because of poor quality service.
