After posting about an issue with their service department, they send an automated reply to send private message about our concerns. After sending 2 messages they sent another automated message saying they would call about issue. Well they called, to try and sell me a car. I said I didn't post about wanting to buy a car. Goes to show how much they care about customer satisfaction. I told her I would never buy a car from Clawson Honda after this horrible experience
Snakes, sold a car right underneath a young man's first car. Bad business. I love Honda cars but don't buy from this business.
So far they have been outstanding with their customer service. If I could give more then 5 �'s I would. �
Worst dealer ever. I bought a 2014 Camry a month ago all they give me just one key.
Worst dealership experience ever!! Worked with the used car manager Frank, last Sunday. Very rude and unprofessional! Wanted to speak with the new car manager, they sent the bad credit specialist instead claiming to be a manager. The Honda manager did not want to speak to me. All I wanted to do was to point out have horrible the experience had been so far. They told me that the manager was too busy working 5 other deals and would not be able to see me. Very friendly staff from the sales people to the service writers. What I really like is that there is NO pressure!!!!! I, my Son and Daughter have all bought vehicles from Clawson. My Son bought a truck, liked it so much, he bought an Accord within a few weeks of each other, I bought a CRV, and my Daughter bought a Civic. We are all very happy with them, and when it comes time to buy another we will get it from Clawson. I Highly recommend this Honda dealership for your next vehicle.
Service department is garbage especially dealing with one of the service consultants Michelle never returned my phone calls until having someone physically tell her to call me back asap. Then she doesn't order the transmission in time to get replaced and says it's all my fault because I didn't call her back right away when I have call log history showing I was calling her back.
