If I could give this location a ZERO, I would! Services here are becoming worst each year. On one occasion, someone called me to go get my car. I show up and it turned out my car wasn't ready and the parts haven't even been ordered! On a different occasion, I took my car in because my A.C. wasn't as cold as it should be. After paying this place $260, my A.C. was still hot! Staff told me to wait 15 mins before A.C. gets cold. After 30 mins, a.c. was still hot! Called in and nothing done!
Mercedes and Ryan bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Even though we (I) took forever and went back and forth with our (my) plan, they patiently stuck with us until we got what we wanted. Please contact them if you need a vehicle. They will take care of YOU!
