I've been to Clawson Multiple Times! The experience was incredible not only did they help me get my first vehicle(2016 Honda Civic EX-T Sedan), but they were also so helpful making sure I got the right car and color that was appealing to me. Their engine for warranty is unbelievable. Not only have I bought a car there but also my girlfriend has traded in her car for a 2017 Honda Fit EX and we love it. I don't know how serious your service department is when it comes to servicing cars under warranty, but what an incomplete job they did on my recent service there. Now I question myself if I made the right decision to buy the maintenance plan with you guys???? It is so freaken hard to get in contact with a person there or to have someone return my call back!!! So frustrating and so wrong!!!
Clawson Honda has great pricing on their vehicles. I highly recommend Clawson Honda as a go to dealer due to the high quality they have in customer service. I was helped by Daniel and let me just say I'm glad I happen to just stop by because I left in a 2017 Honda Civic Ex! Daniel is a very honest gentleman who points out every detail in a car and how it is beneficial. Had an amazing experience buying my car! Love that they have lifetime warranty on the engine (only clawson does this!). The employees were very helpful and Elliott was by far the best salesman/manager I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much for making this as stress free as possible, it means a lot!
So after we got a little civic for a nice secondary vehicle on Saturday night. We went back and traded in our old Accord last night! Such a great deal we received for a brand new Accord sport!! Please please give thanks to everyone from my husband and I there ESPECIALLY Stewart and Frank!!! They were absolutely THE BEST to us! Good people they are!!
