Amazing 5-star customer service from Cody! Anytime I take my car in to be serviced, he is my number one pick. He is kind, patient, and always goes above and beyond to help me keep my car running smoothly. I greatly appreciate that he tailors his recommendations to accommodate both my time and budget. I will continue to schedule with Cody should my car need any more services in the future. I would highly recommend that others go to him as well!
5/5 Stars for Sam!! I have a great experience with my go to service advisor Sam Nasar! He always answers my question and concerns, and never makes me feel like “omg, not this girl again”. As a female it can quite intimidating to go into a field that is unfamiliar and male dominate, so they may think you don’t know much. I brought my car in for service on July 1st. They promised tires and alignment for the next service, but failed to change the oil. Now they claim the outside staff isn't their responsibility, despite me asking them for the oil change. Be careful, they act differently after selling the car.
