5/5 Stars for Sam!! I have a great experience with my go to service advisor Sam Nasar! He always answers my question and concerns, and never makes me feel like “omg, not this girl again”. As a female it can quite intimidating to go into a field that is unfamiliar and male dominate, so they may think you don’t know much. I brought my car in for service on July 1st. They promised tires and alignment for the next service, but failed to change the oil. Now they claim the outside staff isn't their responsibility, despite me asking them for the oil change. Be careful, they act differently after selling the car.
I've had nothing but great experiences working with Sameer. He's always ready to help answer any questions I have about my car issues. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. He genuinely cares about making sure I understand my options and works with me to find services that fit my budget without making me feel pressured. Sam was amazing! I was bummed about part of my car shield coming off as I was on the freeway but they were able to help me and it didn’t even cost me much. I had gotten that piece installed (parts ordered from them too) but at the Clovis Honda. I appreciate the great and efficient service from Sam and everyone else in this dept ❤️
