Poor workmanship, poor at returning calls, transferring calls, poor at acknowledging their poor workmanship, poor customer service. And this is regarding a new car, was not purchased used.
The employee who helped me was nice. He did everything he could to help me. The issue I have is that I was not allowed to test drive the car to see if I like it. I was told to wait to get approved first. That is backwards. Other things happened that I do not care to share.
Bad customer service. Hard to reach by phone, under staff and never return calls.
The staff was amazing to help me get my first ever car. They listened to my needs and got me an amazing deal that I could not find anywhere else. Thank you so much Clawson!
I dislike this dealer place. They make their process so easy to get their car but they don't even do their job right. Too much to explain. But here's a HALF STAR for your service. Thank you
