We still consider our 2002 Honda Accord our "new" car and we try to keep up with the necessary maintenance. Superior does a great job maintaining our car and Carrie Moody, our service adviser, helps us prioritize what should be done right away and what we can hold off on. If Carrie thinks it needs to be done soon, we heed her advice!
I have owned my 2006 Honda Pilot for three years and have taken it for service to Superior Honda ever since. It has been a pleasure to work with a few different service advisors; however, the majority of the trips my dealings have been with Dennis Heath. He has always been extremely friendly and very helpful when answering any and all of my questions and concerns. Surprisingly he always remembers who I am. I have had my car serviced at Superior Honda since I first bought it 5 years ago. They treat me fairly and the price is very competitive for regular maintennace as well as replacing brakes, etc. Ross Engel does not try and talk you into expensive work you do not need and explains the service throughly.
