It was my 1st time at this Metro Honda and Sandy Ireland was the service advisor that I worked with. She is very thorough and straight to the point. She was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning and she does have great soft skills that make you feel like your problems are in real good hands, Other staff were also very nice, attentive, and hard working (except one man who was wearing a blue shirt-don't know his name but he's the one who did the check-out process for me.). I was really pleased with the work of the Metro service rep, Steven Olsen, when I had to have a strut replaced on the suspension of my Civic. He did an outstanding job and made sure I received a very fair deal.
