I've been a service customer with Superior Honda for about 4 years and I must say they are by FAR the best service department/auto repair business I have ever dealt with. All the service advisors are great. My last visit was handled by Carrie Moody and she did a great job of keeping me informed about the repairs my 2001 Accord needed and in expaining what needed to be done. I have been a loyal client to Superior since they were in Council Bluffs. I have continued to have all my service done there largely because of my service representative, Dennis Heath. He is always professional, tells me both good news and the rare bad news, and keeps me informed on how long the service will take. Dennis, Carrie Moody, and other members of the Superior staff have made me a loyal Honda customer.
