I always take my Honda vehicles back to this dealership service department because everyone there is so courteous, efficient and peasant! Joseph, Mike and Vance have all been very helpful! However, my Number One Service Rep is and has always been Sandy Ireland! She just has a special way of explaining things to me in a way that makes total sense. She is always cheerful, and lets me know when my car is ready as quickly as possible, as I usually wait for it in the lounge area. I always feel welcomed and comfortable with Sandy!
We just leased our fourth Honda from Metro Honda. Everyone was amazing and they found us the exact car we wanted.
