I recently traded in my 2005 Honda CRV for a 2011. It was a tough decision, as I love my vehicle. Toby Egerton, my sales associate, did a great job of walking me through selecting a vehicle to discussing the many details with this big of a decision. I am sending friends to Toby and would look forward to working with him again.

This is the only time I was disappointed with the initial service. I drove into the express bay and sat in my car waiting to be acknowledged. It was not until a few minutes passed that I was being ignored that I sxtepped out of my vehicle and stood in the center of the bay that a service rep from the north side a woman asked if she could help. I explnd I was there for service and she was the first to acknowledge me. She than got me in touch with Shaun and he took care of my needs. Sincerely DIS-APPOINTED

A big thanks to Shawn Dodson and the auto maintenance crew at Superior Honda for getting my no-appointment Express Service done and back to me within the time limit I needed on Thursday 7-28-11. I appreciate the speedy service, car wash and all, and I intend to stick with Superior Honda for the maintenance on my '09 Civic. Thanks, guys!

Just a note to tell you what a great service department you have at Superior Honda in Omaha. Every time I've been in for routine maintenance, I have received excellent and courteous service. And on the few occasions when I've had a problem with the car, the repairs have been made quickly and, more importantly, correctly. I've never had to come back twice. My most recent oil change involved Shawn Dodson and he was very professional and friendly and succinctly explained the results. You should be proud of him. Cathy Lindmier

This was the best car buying experience I have every had. Mary and the guys were wonderful from the very beginning. I started the process on line and it was fast and friendly once I got to the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealship.

As always, treated with courtesy and professionalism. Time efficient and everything explained in detail. Although we chose not to do everything recommended at the time, no pressure was given regarding decision. Staff professional and very clean service dept. Appreciate nice place to wait for vehicle. Also that you have express service with no appt for services.

Thanks again for keeping me on the road. It' the best service in Omaha. A smile, a kind word, knowledgable and timely. No where else can you drop in without notice and be treated like you were expected! My hats off!
