I bought a new Element from Chuck Elford a year ago and I want to say what a pleasant experience it was for me. I came in for an oil change this week and was really pleased with the quick and effecient service from Ross Engel's crew. I also appreciated that I wasn't upsold on any additional services. When you go in to different places to get your car serviced you just wait for the service tech to come up and tell you that you need this and this done and try to upsale you on various items. I took my car into Superior for an Express Oil Change. Was greeted by Omar Cardenas, Service Advisor, who checked my service records to ensure that there was nothing else that needed attention at this time. He told me how long it would take to change the oil and go through the 19 point check up. The oil change was done before the timeframe he gave me and he walked me through all of the check-up points. Two weeks ago I got my oil changed at my local tire dealer. They told me that I needed several repairs totaling well over $1000. It was hard for me to believe that I need all that work so I went to Superior Honda. After a complete inspection and needed repairs my total bill was less than $200. Imagine that ... the car dealer charging less than a store that I have been working with for over 10 years. I took my 2005 Honda Pilot in for some brake issues and an oil change. Dennis Heath was very helpful in telling me about my oil change options. He also kept me up to date as to the progress of the service. I have known Dennis for over six years and he has always taken good car of me and my car.
