I've always trusted Superior Honda to work on my 2005 Honda CRV. Everyone is very courteous, thorough & they explain very well whatever work needs to be done on my vehicle. I also appreciate that they wash my car when the work is done. It's always convenient, because of their shuttle service to & from home & if I do choose to wait, the waiting area is very comfortable & relaxing. I shopped around other Honda dealerships first and found the vehicle I wanted. But due to a messy divorce it was going to be difficult to trade my vehicle in according to them. I then went to Superior Honda and met my salesman Dan Baker. He was able to get me into a better model of the one I wanted for over $1200 less than the others! My sales experience with Superior Honda of Omaha was top notch. Everyone from the salesman to service manager to finance manager was very helpful and informative. The entire purchase process was very easy. I was kept informed as to the built date for my car as I ordered a specific color, style, interior, etc. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle.
Brian Bradley (service writer) took good care of me. I called in after 10:00 am and they did the service that was needed - quick and effecient - I love the idea my car is always cleaner then when I brought it in! We will always take it to Superior Honda when service is needed.
First, we did not buy a Honda Odyssey TOUR; it is an EX-L; even the Purchase Agreemnet states it is a Tour. I guess we are missing our DVD player and Navigation system. Cody Gilmore was great as always, but the entire process took over 4 hours from negotiation to delivery; not good. Had to listen to too much warranty this, warranty that even after saying upfront that we were not interested in any of the dealer profit makers. I took my car in for a basic oil change. Superior did a fantastic job working on my car. It took a little longer than a wanted (one hour total) but there was plenty to do inside with the free wi-fi, magazines, television, and free water and cookies. My Service Adviser, Shawn Dodson, did very well in detailing my car and informing me of some upcoming work that will need to be done. This dealership was selected as it does the largest Honda volume in NE and IA, and Honda has a good reputation. I was fairly and honestly treated by Chuck Elford and was impressed with how quickly he responded to my e-mails. Once we reached an agreement on the sale price, Chuck got the paperwork quickly together, which reduced the time required when I picked up the car. I have been servicing my Honda CRV SE for eleven years at Superior Honda. I find their service professional and helpful. Dennis Heath my service advisor was courteous and efficient. The new feature of paying by credit card to the advisor is a nice recent addition.
Very good and knowledgeable salesman. The guy trying to sell the extended warrenty was a little pushy.
