The vehicle with 116284 miles on the odometer and was purchased with customers acknowledging the vehicle was sold “As Is- No Dealer Warranty. He was offered at the time of delivery and declined a 36 month/36000-mile extended service contract on the vehicle. READ BEFORE BUYING! This dealership is 100% dishonest and very deceptive with the way they represent their used car sales process. I was told that all used cars are fully inspected including the 2020 Honda Accord that I purchased. Upon parking it in my driveway for the first time, I smelled burning fluids. I got in touch with Jamie ***** and quickly secured my deal the same day by paying a secure deposit on the price quoted on my vehicle to be delivered soon! They delivered me the vehicle on the quoted price and later called me back saying they put the wrong vin number on the paper work and asked me to stop by for that to set right. I would go with 0 stars, but that is not an option. The worst experience ever. I worked initially with Steve Rogers and John Wonder and was in the negotiation process for several days, before agreeing to a deal on a vehicle. After putting down a deposit, I found out via text the following day someone else had taken the car home for a "test drive". My wife and I were fortunate to have had Steve Copeland (sales person) literally take us under his wing. I can't remember when we have had such a positive experience in purchasing an automobile. Even after the purchase as we would visit the dealership Steve always greeted us, always remembered our names.
