Had a great experience with our Honda Ridgeline purchase through Superior Honda. We initially priced the vehicle via the internet. This would be the only area for improvement I can think of. At the time there was only one Ridgeline on the lot which was the RTL NAV we received the internet price which looked great, however at the dealership we were told the quote was for a RTL without navigation. Another great experience at Superior Honda. I went there to get my car worked on and ended up driving a new vehicle home! They are very easy to deal with. I was treated with respect. Toby Egerton was my salesman. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to work with him again. Very nice group of associates!

A good response compared with the dealer I bought my Honda from (they could not be bothered to answer the phone at 11:00 AM on a weekday). Superior got me right in for Express Service. When it turned into a slightly longer wait, Shawn Dodson arranged for a shuttle ride back to my office and a pickup to grab my CRV. As someone who avoids car dealerships, I would probably come back to Superior. Efficient service and the cost was as estimated.
